What information do we collect?

Plan Service Days and application

All Prepaid plans are a 30-day service, if you add a new plan, and your previous plan has not expired, the new top-up plan will go to your reserve and start when your previous one expires. Also, when you add a refill card, where the value or amount is less than the plan you are subscribed to, your plan might not renew. But your refill payment will be in you balance. You can either, add the rest to complete your plan, or you can manage your plan a lower it to the amount your have top-up.

Sending Recharge and Refund

To send Recharge, you agree to comply with and undertake the provisions set out in this Section
In the case of mobile phone Recharge, you will be required to enter the mobile phone number to which any Recharge is to be credited into the appropriate space on the Website. You are responsible to ensure that you have correctly inputted the mobile phone number. You will then be required to select the amount of Recharge that you wish to credit that mobile phone number with, we are not responsible for entering the wrong recharge amount.
The Recharge is sent instantly by Simple Mobile Payments to the appropriate mobile phone number or access account upon successful payment by you. Occasionally, there may be a short delay before the relevant mobile operator applies the Recharge.
Remember that once you have recharged or paid your mobile phone, you cannot cancel the transaction or have the money refunded We will send you a confirmation email that contains details of the Recharge sent as soon as your Recharge transaction has been successfully completed. You agree and understand that Simple Mobile Payments only acts on your authorization to send Recharge and the relevant mobile operator shall be solely liable to you and the recipient of the Recharge for the provision of services related to the Recharge. Once the Recharge is sent to a mobile phone number or access account, it can be used immediately therefore it cannot be refunded or removed from the phone or access account. To stop this mistake from happening, Simple Mobile Payments asks you to confirm that the mobile phone number or email address you have entered is correct. All sales are final on any prepaid payment or recharge.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. Phone number validation

All cell phone payment phone numbers will be validated for accuracy on the carrier selected. If the carrier does not validate the phone number and they cannot reference your phone number with their network you payment will not process and your card will not be charged. If the carrier validates and verifies that your number is correctly associated with an active account on their network the payment will be processed. We will not be held responsible for payments made to the incorrect carriers. In the event your payment is incorrectly processed to selecting the incorrect carrier. You must contact the carrier and request information on your phone number being associated to their network.
